INTERRUPTED LANDSCAPES
Extracts from the series Interrupted Landscapes. Exploring the quality of distraction in the image, through varying degrees of obstruction and concealment. Rendering landscape not as an idealized constant, selectively framed through the viewfinder, but as a source of relative dissonance. Describing a potential moment of transformation or change within the frame, via the passive (or unavoidably pragmatic) nature of the camera’s gaze.
